This matter involves violations of Section 211 of the CAA and fuels regulations related to 1) exceeding the ULSD sulfur standards; 2) exceeding the maximum annual average benzene standards; 3) misreporting batch and production volumes; and 4) failing to collect representative samples of ULSD. Several BP facilities are involved.
