On 1/23/25, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) to Calero-Stevens ( Respondent ) for its Kramer Detergents facility in Fayetteville, AR. The ESAFO was issued due to an alleged violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA); specifically, Respondent's failure to comply with the annual establishment registration requirements of Section 7(c). Respondent has agreed to pay a civil penalty of $500.00.
