The Respondents discharged dredged and fill material to waters of the United States, including 3.8 acres of wetlands and relatively permanent waters tributary to the Black Slough, in violation of section 404 of the CWA. The Respondents agreed to a $55,000 penalty and to perform a Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP) valued at $30,000 to resolve its civil penalty liability for these violations.
