On July 9, 2025, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement resolving CWA violations of the 2021 Multi-Sector General Permit by Simplot Western Stockmen?s at its facility in Caldwell, Idaho. Alleged violations included reporting, recordkeeping and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) deficiencies. The Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $1,688 and has returned to compliance.
