On May 6, 2025, Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement resolving CWA violations with Alaska Marine Trucking, LLC for its facility in Ketchikan, Alaska. Alleged violations included SWPPP site map failed to include stormwater monitoring locations and labelled berms (conveyances) and ADEC records show that Respondent failed to timely submit its annual reports for 2020, 2021 and 2022.
