On March 18, 2025, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to AM Painting LLC located in Auburn, Washington, for violations of TSCA's Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule. EPA Region 10 alleged AM Painting LLC failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property, as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty amount of $200.
