On February 6, 2025, the EPA Headquarters issued a Notice of Warning (NOW) to Zhenjiang Pioneer Cropscience Co., LTD. (Zhenjiang) indicating the EPA had evidence that they were in violation of FIFRA sections 12(a)(2)(L) and 12(a)(2)(N). These provisions make it unlawful for any person who is a producer to violate any of the provisions of FIFRA Section 7 and for any person who is a wholesaler to fail to file reports required by FIFRA.
