On February 5, 2025, the EPA Headquarters issued a Notice of Warning (NOW) to RB MANUFACTURING, LLC indicating the EPA had evidence that they were in violation of FIFRA sections 12(a)(1)(E) and 12(a)(2)(L). These provisions make it unlawful for any person to distribute or sell pesticides that are misbranded and for any person who is a producer to violate any of the provisions of FIFRA section 7.
