On February 5, 2025, the EPA Headquarters issued a Notice of Warning (NOW) to SPECIALTY ADHESIVES & COATINGS, INC. indicating the EPA had evidence that they were in violation of FIFRA sections 12(a)(1)(A) and 12(a)(1)(E). These provisions make it unlawful for any person to distribute or sell pesticides that are unregistered or misbranded.
