Alleged violations include 1) BMPs including silt fences and concrete batch plants needed maintenance, 2) reviewed SWPPP (including site map) lacked required information or needed updates, and 3) records unavailable when Site inspected. The Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $4,420 and has returned to compliance. The estimated cost of injunctive relief is estimated to be $550.
