On August 5, 2024, EPA Risk Management Program Reporting Center sent a letter to Bar-S Foods Co. notifying of its failure to update the Risk Management Plan on file with the EPA for the Facility. On January 16, 2025, EPA sent Respondent a Notice letter. On January 21, 2025, EPA responded to the documentation and information received from Respondent as a result of the opportunity to confer and articulated EPA?s position concerning Respondent?s compliance with Section 112(r) of the CAA, 42 U.S.C. ? 7412(r).
