On February 10, 2025, EPA issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative order (Order) to Hyannis Marina, Inc. of Hyannis, Massachusetts  for failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit.
