On February 10, 2025, EPA issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative order (Order) to Paul Revere Transportation, LLC of Roxbury, Massachusetts for failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit. The facility was authorized to discharge under the Multi-Sector General Permit. The Order requires the permittee to submit all outstanding DMRs and continue reporting as required by their permit. While EPA is responsible for implementing the Clean Water Act in Massachusetts, EPA notified Massachusetts Department of Environmental Services of this action.
