On 2/25/25, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) to JR Chemical Sales LLC ( Respondent ) for its facility in New Orleans, LA. The ESAFO was issued due to alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA); specifically, Respondent's failure to comply with the annual establishment registration requirements of Section 7(c). Respondent has agreed to pay a civil penalty of $500.00.
