The facility failed to identify mercury in two drums of hazardous waste (one found to be above TC level) before shipment to a TSD for treatment/disposal and failure to maintain adequate aisle space in the hazardous waste accumulation area (aka storage area) for drums awaiting shipment. Both violations were addressed and corrected promptly after the inspection. Payment of $7,500 penalty due within 30 days of CA/FO effective date.
