On March 19, 2025, EPA issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative order (Order) to the Baldwin Pond Water Treatment facility of Wayland, Massachusetts for failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. The Baldwin Pond Water Treatment facility was authorized to discharge under the Potable Water Treatment General Permit (PWTGP).
