On March 19, 2025, EPA issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative order (Order) to M. Bradsher Co., Inc. (Farmington Sand & Gravel) of Farmington, New Hampshire for failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. M. Bradsher Co., Inc. was authorized to discharge under the Multi Sector General Permit (MSGP). The Order requires the permittee to submit all outstanding DMRs and continue to report as required by their permit. EPA is responsible for implementing the Clean Water Act in New Hampshire. EPA notified the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services of these actions.
