On 1/31/25, EPA Region 6 issued a formal Notice of Warning to Vision Production Chemicals LLC for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA); specifically, failure to file or to timely file a pesticide production report for the EPA registered establishment 96172-LA-1 in Abbeville, LA, for each of the years 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, as required by Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L).
