On March 24, 2025, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order and Agreement on Consent (SSUROAC) against El Toluco Wholesale LLC, located in McAllen, TX. The SSUROAC was issued under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) for sale of an unregistered pesticide product. Respondent was ordered to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of the product under its ownership.
