During the week of June 9, 2025, a Final Administrative Compliance Order (Final AO) will be issued to Renco Energy, Inc. (Respondent). The Final AO alleges Respondent violated regulations set forth at 40 C.F.R. ?? 147.2903(b), 147.2909, 147.2912(a) by failing to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity of an injection well located in Osage County, Oklahoma. The Final AO requires the Respondent to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity of the injection well, plug the injection well or convert it to production use.
