On 3/6/25, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) to Simply Strive LLC, doing business as Tougher Than Tom (Respondent), located in Austin, TX. The CAFO was issued for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, for distribution or sale of unregistered pesticides, and a misbranded pesticide device. Respondent must pay a civil penalty of $80,000 within 30 days of the issue of the CAFO.
