On 3/27/25, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement & Final Order (ESAFO) to TMCI Inc. (Respondent), located in Houston, TX. The ESAFO was issued for an alleged violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, & Rodenticide Act; specifically, Respondent's failure to timely submit an annual pesticide production report on or before March 1, 2024, for EPA Establishment No. 98383-TX-1. The alleged violation has been corrected, and the EPA and Respondent have agreed to settle the matter with a civil penalty of $500.00.
