On February 12, 2025, Region 8 issued an Administrative Order (Order) under section 1414 of the SDWA to the Town of La Barge (Respondent) based on a determination that the La Barge Public Water System (System) in Lincoln County, Wyoming violated EPA?s National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The Order addresses violations that occurred in 2023 and 2024, including failure to correct significant deficiencies in the 2020 and 2023 Sanitary Survey Reports. The Order requires the Respondent to correct the significant deficiencies and notify the public of the violations.
