On 1/31/25, EPA Region 6 issued a formal Notice of Warning (NOW) to Finoric, LLC. The NOW was issued for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA); specifically, failure to file pesticide production reports for the registered establishments 90795-OK-1 (Crescent, OK), 90795-TX-1 (Midland, TX), and 90795-TX-2 (Beasley, TX) for the years 2021, 2022, and 2023, as required by Section 7(c) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136e(c).
