The EPA alleges that Green America Recycling, LLC violated its RCRA permitting requirements by failing to correctly mark hazardous waste storage containers with accumulation start dates, store hazardous wastes in closed containers, and meet hazardous waste air emission standards for equipment leaks. In addition, the EPA alleges that Green America Recycling, LLC failed to meet RCRA generator requirements for the correct labeling of universal waste containers.
