On June 23, 2025, Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement resolving CWA violations at KM2 Contractors, Inc. Fagerlie Subdivision in Lake Stevens, Washington. Alleged violations included missing elements in the facility's Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and failure to maintain silt fences and exposed sediment stockpiles. The Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $1,020 and has returned to compliance.
