On April 9, 2025, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order and Agreement on Consent (SSUROAC) to Dalmex Ltd., located in Laredo, TX. The SSUROAC was issued under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) for sale of unregistered pesticide products. Dalmex was ordered to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of the products under its ownership.
