On April 9, 2025, EPA filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement and accompanying Final Order with MEB Logistics, Inc. for violation of Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) requirements. MEB Logistics, Inc. failed to submit the Annual Pesticide Production report for 2023 by the March 1st due date for their pesticide-production facility located in Warrington, Pennsylvania. Additionally, they failed to submit the initial Pesticide Production report by the July 15, 2022, due date for their pesticide-production facility located in Norristown, Pennsylvania, as well as the annual pesticide production reports for 2022 and 2023 for the same Norristown, Pennsylvania facility. When their reports were submitted, MEB Logistics, Inc. reported zero-production. MEB Logistics, Inc. agreed to inactivate their establishment registrations and, as a result, will not be assessed a monetary penalty. This also means that they can no longer produce pesticides at these locations. EPA-registered pesticide-producing establishments are required to submit their production reports annually to the Agency, listing the names and types of pesticides they produce, the amounts produced and distributed in the previous year, and the amount they expect to produce in the coming year.
