Respondent has failed to obtain coverage under a New York State Department of Environmental Conservation State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Multi-Sector General Permit for its stormwater discharges associated with industrial activity. Additionally, the CEI revealed that Respondent failed to obtain a NYSDEC SPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Construction Activity.
