This case addresses the following violations: 1) Failure to label satellite accumulation containers with an indication of the nature of the hazard; 2) Failure to label hazardous waste containers with an indication of the nature of the hazard; 3) Failure to accumulate universal waste aerosol cans for no longer than one year; 4) Failure to label a hazardous waste container with a date visible for inspection; and 5) Failure to conduct adequate weekly inspections.
