The NOW was issued for an alleged violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act; specifically, failure to file a 2023 pesticide production report for the EPA-registered establishment 84892-OK-1 (CESI Chemical; Marlow, OK) in a timely manner.
