On 4/29/25, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement & Final Order to Plains Grain Company (Respondent) for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. The EPA alleges that Respondent failed to timely submit pesticide production reports for 2023 and 2024 on or before the respective reporting deadlines of 3/1/24 and 3/1/25, for the EPA-registered establishment 56906-TX-1 located in Abernathy, TX.
