On February 19, 2025, EPA inspected Respondent following a citizen's complaint of a red discharge leaving the Site. At the time of the inspection, EPA observed a red discharge flowing south from the Site's spray field into a nearby unnamed creek. The spray field is permitted to receive untreated wastewater for irrigation purposes.
