On 5/1/25, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Myllenn LLC, doing business as My Sasun African Grocery, located in Celina, TX. The SSURO was issued in response to alleged violations of FIFRA for the sale of unregistered pesticidal products. The SSURO requires My Sasun African Grocery to comply with FIFRA and provide additional sales, distribution, and marketing materials for the unregistered products.
