A Final Administrative Compliance Order (AO) will be issued to McCann Resources, Inc. (Respondent). The AO alleges Respondent violated regulations set forth at 40 C.F.R. Sections 147.2903(b), 147.2920(b)and Part I.B.1 of the permit by failing to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity of an injection well located in Osage County, Oklahoma. The AO requires the Respondent to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity of the injection well, plug the injection well or convert it to production use. No public comments were received during the public notice period for the AO.
