The Order addressed several violations identified from December 2024 to present. Violations include failure to monitor for Nitrate during the 2024 monitoring period, failure to sample for Total Coliform in January 2025, and failure to complete all required corrective actions following a Level 2 Assessment performed per the Revised Total Coliform Rule in August 2024. The Order requires the Respondents to monitor the System?s water for nitrate and total coliform; complete the required corrective actions; and notify the public of the violations. The Water Division provided the System extensive compliance assistance prior to the SDWA Enforcement Section initiating this enforcement action. The System serves approximately 20 service connections.
