Consent Agreement and Final Order to resolve violations of selling and distributing unregistered pesticides including Done Antibacterial Disinfectant Spray, Done Antibacterial Floor Cleaner, Done Power Foam Bathroom Antibacterial Cleaner, Sacato Antibacterial Surface Sanitizer, and Sacato Antibacterial Multi-Surface Cleaner & Sanitizer. Respondent also produces pesticides in an unregistered establishment and failed to file Foreign Purchase Acknowledgement Statements for the export of unregistered pesticides. Respondent will pay a penalty of $300,000 in two installments and return to compliance.
