On May 28, 2025, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to FIFRA to El Toluco Wholesale, LLC ( El Toluco ), located in McAllen, TX. The CAFO was issued in response to an alleged violation of FIFRA for El Toluco's sale of an unregistered pesticide product. The CAFO requires El Toluco to pay a civil penalty of $6,600 within 60 days of the effective date of the CAFO.
