Evergreen Color & Design, LLC d/b/a CertaPro Painters of Lakewood, Golden and Evergreen agreed to a $73,840 penalty for violations identified as a result of inspections conducted
in April and May of 2024. CertaPro failed to maintain certification from the EPA to perform renovations on target housing, failed to retain all documentation necessary to
demonstrate compliance with lead-safe work practices for renovations, and failed to obtain written acknowledge receipt of the Renovate Right pamphlet prior to renovations.
CertaPro Painters of Lakewood, Golden and Evergreen has since obtained lead-safe firm certification.
