On July 25, 2025, EPA Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) with Carlile Transportation to address Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) violations at its hazardous waste transfer facility in Anchorage, Alaska.  The violations resolved included storing hazardous waste on-site over 10 days without a permit, failure to label used oil containers, and failure to safely puncture and dispose of aerosol cans.
