EPA conducted an investigation of the Facility on April 22, 2025, to determine Respondent's compliance with Section 112(r) of the CAA, 42 U.S.C. ? 7412(r), and 40 C.F.R. Part 68 (the Investigation ). Based on the information provided by the Respondent, as of November 2, 2023, the Facility no longer has chlorine and sulfur dioxide above the applicable threshold quantities onsite.
