The Order addressed several violations identified from 2020 to present. Violations include failure to certify distribution of a consumer notice for lead and copper monitoring in 2021, 2023, and 2024; failure to monitor for radionuclides during the 2015 to 2020 monitoring period, and failure to monitor for nitrate during 2020 and 2022. The Order requires the Respondents to certify the distribution of the consumer notice for lead and copper monitoring and to monitor for radionuclides. The Water Division provided the System extensive compliance assistance prior to the SDWA Enforcement Section initiating this enforcement action. The System serves approximately 125 individuals at least 60 days a year.
