On April 23, 2025, EPA Region 6 issued a Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate under its authority pursuant to Section 9(c)(3) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136g(c)(3) and 40 C.F.R. Section 167.20(f) to Highland Fluid Technology, LTD. located in Houston, Texas. The Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate was issued in response to violations of: Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to file annual pesticide production reports for its establishment. The Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate requires Highland Fluid Technology, LTD. to submit the missing annual pesticide production reports within 30 calendar days from the date of this notification. Highland Fluid Technology, LTD. must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days of the issue date.
