On April 22, 2025, EPA Region 6 issued a Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate under its authority pursuant to Section 9(c)(3) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136g(c)(3) and 40 C.F.R. Section 167.20(f) to Neem Pro Inc., located in Sherman, Texas. The Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate was issued in response to alleged violations of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to file annual pesticide production reports for its registered establishment 91491-TX-1. Neem Pro Inc. must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days of the issue date.
