Complainant, the Manager of the Toxics Section, Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division, United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region IX (EPA Region IX) and TwinMed, LLC ( Respondent ) agree to settle this case initiated under the Federal
Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA or the Act), 7 U.S.C. section 136 et seq., and
consent to the entry of this Consent Agreement and Final Order ( CAFO )
