On August 15, 2025, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Taylored Construction Services, Inc. dba Taylored Restoration Services located in Anchorage, Alaska, for violations of TSCA's Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule. EPA Region 10 alleged Taylored Construction Services, Inc. dba Taylored Restoration Services failed to maintain all RRP records for a period of three years as required after performing RRP work on a pre-1978 residential property, as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty amount of $1000.
