Between March 15, 2024 and August 23, 2024, Buchheit Agri Inc., Perryville, MO produced and distributed 2,487 - 50 lb. bags of unregistered and misbranded NUTRA PAK Cattle Mineral (Fly Control) product to 21 of their stores in the midwest. This production was in an unregistered establishment. These are violations of FIFRA Sections 12(a)(1)(A), 12(a)(1)(E) and 12(a)(2)(L) - three total counts. Formal case - penalty.
