On May 30, 2025, EPA Region 6 issued a Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate under its authority pursuant to Section 9(c)(3) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136g(c)(3) and 40 C.F.R. Section 167.20(f) to Texas Blending & Warehousing Corp. located in Houston, Texas. The Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate was issued in response to violations of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to file annual pesticide production reports for its establishment. The Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate requires Texas Blending & Warehousing Corp. to submit the missing annual pesticide production reports within 30 calendar days from the date of this notification. Texas Blending & Warehousing Corp. must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days of the issue date.
