On 6/16/25, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) to Zubiate Building Works LLC, located in Dallas, TX. The ESAFO was issued in response to an alleged violation of the lead-based paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) rule of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
