The United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9 (EPA) and Respondent United States Department of the Army (Respondent) enter into this Administrative Order on Consent (Consent Order) for the purpose of bringing the U.S. Army Fort Huachuca public water system (System) into compliance with the requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 300f et seq. (SDWA), and the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations at 40 C.F.R. Part 141 (NPDWRs).
